Ok, to me it looks like that is definitely the same knife. I see the the pivot is visible, which usually means the bolsters have some slight separation, as they are usually flush, and polished. It happens from time to time on slippies. (and 110's) It's an easy fix if you are interested. (a padded vice, super simple, and I've done it plenty of times, ask on traditional, I'm sure someone could give detailed advice) ) I have have had great service from KSF, (including when a package was lost, they shipped me another one, no questions asked) But I agree, if you asked for it to be checked, and were told it was~ IMHO it definitely should have been.
