Three new blades

I forgot to mention the sheath. I also forgot to mention where I got the idea for the slender one.

The sheath will be a dangler pouch type treated in bees wax like all my sheaths.

The slender one comes from a colaboration between a fellow forum member and myself. He sent me a drawing of what he wanted and I made a few adjustments to it to produce this. I'm not too sure of his Forum name so unless he sees it he will remain unanimous.

I also had the chance to use the choil one on a Doe a couple of weeks ago and it worked beautifully.

Thanks
Nick:)

Im happy to say all 3 are mine!! Nick, as usual, the blades look awesome!
I have about 13 of Nick's knives, the fit and finish are as good as can be, and they all come RAZOR sharp.
I came up with the idea of adding an inch to the Forum knife while chopping bamboo, I thought adding an inch to the Forum knife will aid in chopping while still keeping it compact. I asked Nick to leave the etching on the blade as dark as possible, to help prevent corrosion(I live in a really humid climate.)
As usual, Nick made the 6" forum knife exceed my expectations
We tweaked the design a bit on the D2 knives, Im very happy with the end products. :)
I guess quite a bit of my knife funds go to Nick, and my NWA collection will be ever increasing. :D

Talon158,
You scored a great set of Blades and yes Nick does a excellent job at the fit & finish of every blade I have seen produced !

Hey Nick email sent on the pair of lil' NWA's,Thanks TTD

Nick-

I am guessing I am the member, who designed the smaller knives. The ones here will have to wait until after X-mas, to see any use. I have gone over them and they are perfect in all ways.

Nice work buddy, now get a WY antelope tag and come visit!

Mark

Wow, they all look great. I'm partial to the current NWA passaround knife because that was perfect for me, but I can't say until I feel those. Do I hear another passaround?

My favorite is the smaller one without the choil. Next up is the bigger one. BUT: I like the O1 steel, I'm prejudiced against D2.

Beautiful designs and superb work!

Like musicians from Canada, it seems so many of the great knifemakers hail from Michigan!

Terrific looking knives. Congrats to the owners.

I used to own a forum knife, but sold it when I realized it was just sitting unused as I have SO many knives in the same size range. I think one just like it but a bit smaller would be just about perfect.

Nick,

Gorgeous knives! Simple, functional, beautiful! Love 'em!

I see you're only about 45 minutes away from me (Ann Arbor). We should hook up some time and talk knives, etc.

Happy Holidays!

AJ
