Ti/ZDP Cyclone...Pic....

Looks like its going to be a great knife. I would like one, but knife funds are going for another knife at the moment. I will have to have soon tough. Keep us updated on how she fits the edc role.
 
yep, only 800 made, and i believe the first shipment was only a couple hundred, so if you can't get one now, there may be a second wave.

i'm a diehard spyderco fan, and this is my first kershaw, but i admit i am very impressed. though i much prefer the round opening hole to thumb studs. still, the mini cyclone Ti/ZDP is a great EDC, in size, materials, sharpness -- everything. the A/O works wonderfully, and the on/off switch is a great new feature.

go get one!:D
 
I'm another happy buyer. I recieved mine today. Kershaw/Kai does it again. This is a substantial knife with a well made feeling. The Titanium, blade grinds, QC and all are excellent. I love that new knife smell!

By the way, yes, it shaves hairs out of the box quite easily. No stropping or touch ups nescessessary. I love the on/off feature. The blade size is just about ideal for me too.

All in all, It's a must have if you like 1) Kershaws, 2) Framelocks , 3) Titanium knives, 0r 4) ZDP 189 in folding knives.

The street price is very reasonable for such a knife.

just received my zdp mini cyclone today-its one of the best for the money knives ive bought-

the handle on the jyd is a little small and thin imho-thats my major gripe with it-but still a steal at 35$ street price

the slabs of the mini cyclone are nice and thick and the right length,it fills the palm well-
knife has the standard kershaw quality in spades- i like the way they put the cutout or divet for the lock on the inside so the back slab is smooth-tip up or down option is nice also-

not a fan of black blades,but i can live with it i think-

this is much better imho than the zdp leek in just about every way other than a black blade-lol

and kershaw figured out how to sharpen zdp since my zdp leek butter knife-lol

i see one for sale here-one of you guys might want to grab it-


now if we can just get thomas to get kershaw to make the ultimate zdp ,ti frame with a bushed pivot high end piece we will be all set-
