Tim Hardware, AKA wesson ace hardware

Maybe I'll just have to dive in an take that bullet for everyone here.

I've experienced good email communication with my questions from Tim's Hardware.

Hi, I'm in the UK and have used Tim's hardware before. No complaints here. Great service and prices. I'd go back for more.
 
I have not bought from him, but I see his auction a lot because he carries several Benchmade Griptilians, which I collect.

Just in case that's what your looking for, he uses pictures of old discontinued 550's, (oval thumbhole), but his knives are actually the new 550HG (round hole hollow ground).

I confirmed this with him by email several months ago, before I bid, but I see he is still using the wrong pictures.

I appreciate your sharp collector's attention to detail and I wonder how a business with, what appears to be a large footprint online, can better deal with this type of distinction? I wonder if they use stock pics or take their own? I've usually found that a request for correction is met with fairly quick action on the part of knife vendors or they correct me if I'm wrong!!!:D

I've bought several knives from Tim's Wesson Ace with no problems whatsoever. He's a quick shipper and good communicator.

Boy O Boy does he communicate fast. I put in my order early this morning before work, came home this evening to find a paypal bill, paid the bill, and within a few minutes I received an email saying that he would ship the knife tomorrow morning.

I ordered from Tim's, via direct email, paid via paypal and received the item today.

Flawless transaction, bargain purchase, perfect item, quick shipping and excellent communication. My new go to guy.
