Do we change our snark plugs when we spring forward for snark on Saturday?

i must be what he calls a safety sally because a few of those make me cringe

overall though, he has a lot of good videos. worth your time to study. take what you need though... think it through.

it's interesting that he doesn't seem to know about some of the "better tools" or the range of them. just goes to show that even in today's connected world, one cannot know everything.

scope out "griphoist" sometime. very interesting, linear puller, doesn't wind the cable, so the cable could be 120 or 300 feet long or 3000 if you're crazy

$$$$ though...

but bomb proof. just the thing for cliff rescues...

I've seen those griphoists, or something like it. I've been into offroading for some time so I see stuff like that in the wheeling rags for extracting rigs. I'm very skilled with a come-along and a hi-lift jack...


Dang, just searched griphoist...for that much I can buy a Warn winch and a truck to mount it on!

I hope I'm not the only one who read this in a Mexican circus ringleader voice.
 
Walking to the car this morning I hit a patch of ice, and proceeded to roll my ankle completely around and felt a slight tick/pop, it started swelling and turning some colors. :thumbdn: All day now it's been hurting and swelling and yeah that sucked!

Oh, and I might be winding up in the hospital here in the next couple days. The Dr. put me on Lisinopril because my blood pressure was high, and he wanted to get it down. Well, the medicine is making it worse, today my blood pressure started out at 160/110, and went up from there... :mad: When I checked it after lunch it was 220/140.

They look at me funny and they always have crooked moustaches.

The ones from Mexico have all that except their mics are turned down so far that I can never hear them.

The camels are cool though.
 
I am outta here on UNO. Time for a couple hours sleep before my patch of this crazy spaceship faces the sun again. Hard to believe you're seeing the sun "rise" while travelling over mach 1.

And oh lucky me, if the weather isn't too bad, two foundation crews with jack hammers show up at my house in the morning. Let the noise and vibration begin. 28 piers to put in over a couple days. There'll be a whole lotta shakin goin on. What a mess it'll be.
