I didnt mean any disrespect and have apologized and will apologize again. Its hard to know whats ok and whats not when people joke about the stuff thats happening on becker mountain, needing vaseline, and you have the word sodomy right in your signature. I honestly didnt think it would cause issues. But again i apologize, and will not let it happen again.

One of our elders at church has mentioned several times that for those of us of northern European descent, beer and wine are proof that God loves us and wants us to live and be happy. Drinking plain water during the middle ages would have killed off nearly everyone due to any number of diseases and many of us wouldn't be here today if it weren't for our ancestors using tasty alcohol to make the water safe to drink.
And on a historic, rather than spiritual, note, I read an article a while back debating the history of beer and bread. Scientists used to assume that beer was an accidental discovery made by bread bakers. The article proposed that bread was discovered when some poor brewer accidentally cooked his yeast starter (grain, water and yeast mix). I'll have to do some more research including extensive testing of both products...

I have a three day weekend. I busted down a deadline a bit early and took today off... Now I just need to figure out what to do with free time.

Three things.
1. I need something to cook breakfast sausages that allows me to roll them perfectly in place so their perfectly uniformly browned.
2. I think I'm at the point that when I go on a hike I will just have to pick a blade name out of a hat. Can't really carry all the ones I want to carry.
3. Chromecast is just a way to plug the internet to the tv right? Don't you still have to have all the other services?

1. Can't help ya there.
2. dayhike: Mora, Magua, BK16. Overnight/through hike replace the 16 with a fullsize.
3. the chormecast device is a one-time purchase. You can cast your web browser onto your TV(I think it only works with google chrome though), or watch youtube videos easily, or use it to watch netflix or other streaming services(if you are subscribed to them). I watch a LOT of youtube videos, some are 20-30+ minutes so I use it for that quite a bit. I prefer to use my PS4 for netflix/amazon. I should also mention that you can run chromecast from any device on your wireless internet network. So your computer, tablet, or phone can be used to control it.

Hats off to ya wacbzz if those are your doing. They're beautiful. I've done that weave and it always impresses but those are cooked to beautiful finish.
Here's some smaller versions I made last year before they went on the Primo. Mmmmmmm....bacon wrapped pork loin planks
Yeah, those are mine. Fortunately, or unfortunately (!), I make them quite a bit. The WSM is the best way to get them done like in the above photos - the bacon gets cooked all over and not burned when using the smoker as opposed to typically what happens when using a grill.
