I'm kinda shocked.... only 4 practitioners of our second ammendment, and two who stated they let their CCW lapse!:eek: If I lived in a state pretty much other than Illinois, I sure as hell would be exercising my second ammendment rights. (ok, Wisconsin and basically Hawaii, New York, and perhaps one or two more liberal east coast states don't allow either.)

Back on topic... todays carry: Vic Huntsman, CUDA Maxx 5.5, cheapo Casio Forrester watch, cheapo wallet, wedding ring, lip goo, handkerchief and three pennies. Wishing I could add: Colt CCO in a cordovan Milt Sparks VM2 with a matching single mag holder (not that I don't have it all planned out IF Illinois ever goes CCW...;) )

I'll be 21 in September and they start handing out CCWs in Kansas January 1, 2007. I hope to have a revolver and join the ranks by then.:thumbup:

I highlighted the problem. Plus, I'm only eighteen, and even if WI had CCW (which was voted down at the end of February) it set the age at 21. Otherwise, except for those two problems, I sure would be exercising my 2nd Amendment rights.

Don't get me worked up though about asking the government for permission to exercise a right enumerated in the Constitution.

The dirty rats changed the laws, so I can't just renew my CCW as I have been doing for the past half a decade . . . Now I have to pay 5 times as much, and pay $100 to attend a 6?hour class (which I don't have time for) buncha freeking :jerkit:'s :mad:
(I guess I am not responsible enough all of a sudden, even though I have been carrying for 6 years:jerkit: )
 
Going to carry when I finally get to alaska, but not concealed. I have a s&w 500 that will be carry on the weekend hikes up there.
 
I'd love to be able to get a CCW. However, getting a CCW in the SFBay area is pretty much impossible unless you are a political mucky-muck.
