Mesa! Looks to me like something I'd see out on the mesa. Although I've never been on a mesa. Reminds me of something Joe Leaphorn might put his Buck 110 away for, to use in his active retirement. Or something that David Yellowhorse would fall in love with.
I like Mesa best; Plateau is my second choice... I imagine that with a real, real close-up photo the surface could be mistaken as a real mesa or plateau.
Eased edge is the basic name for a roundover that jusr breaks the edges when fabricating stone. Lately to sell the easier to fab edge more, shops have given it a new name, the warefall edge. Kinda fits here, lovely knife.
