TiSpine LionSteel new knife 2013

Just reserved a bronze. Will be the most expensive knife in my collection but what a great addition!
 
Anyone heard whether the first batch has shipped yet? Just checked my account and still only shows paid, not shipped. I can't believe how excited I am about this knife. I have two knives inbound, each far more expensive that the TS1 ..... but it is the TS1 I am most looking forward to getting my hands on!!
 
I keep checking my email for some sort of shipping notification as well, trying to forget about it but me checking this thread hourly does not help either.
 
... we had some problem with the packaging... they sent us the wrong size of the plexiglass tube !!!!! ... incredible.
Anyway tomorrow I will receive the right one and Friday I will start to send the first knives
 
That's good news. Still very refreshing to see a company deliver a product in a reasonable amount of time.

I'm thinking all violet knives should ship first, but that's just me :)

In "your" dreams!!! Because ... in the dream I had last night, MY bronze was the first one delivered here in the states!!!!!!

We'll see who the post office treats better. I'll post pics as soon as I get my hands on it.
 
Why are these so pricey? The ZT 0560/61 has the same sort of construction and milling. Is italian currency better than the US at this time? I haven't checked.
 
One piece Ti frame vs. Ti lock side with steel and G10 scale. The ZT 0560 is an awesome knife but there is a huge difference.

Yup, our currency sucks now. We're weak against the Euro and a 290 euro knife is close to $400. Just think of it as an Italian Sebenza.
 
Going to ship today? Is there possibility to be delivered next week within EU?

I'm definitely getting one of these in early/mid 2013,probably a bronze one.
 
Hope bladehq gets a shipment soon, cause i have my pre-order with them. A bladehq rep said probably late January or early February they will have the tispine in stock, and ready to ship out. Killing me to wait that long. Anxiously awaiting pictures / videos of the lucky few who ordered directly from Lionsteel, and should be taking delivery very soon.
