Titanium Military

My guess is that there will be a very limited run of left handed versions of the Salbenza. My reasoning is the fact that the detent is drilled all the way thru.

Unfortunately, that's normal for ball detents. I think Sal did mention the possibility of a left hand run though.

Got mine today. First impressions - somewhat hefty and doesn't feel like the Military we are used to. Which makes sense. Has sort of a Sage II feel to it, which also makes sense. The the Ti Military feels a little more sturdy than the Sage II, though. Just a subjective opinion. There is just a little Sebenza flavor in there too. This one locks up maybe 30%. Makes a satisfying "clunk" when it locks into place.

Mine takes just a little effort to open, and the frame lock take more effort to disengage than does a liner lock. Again, no surprises.

The Ti looks real nice in person matched up with the S30V and uncoated clip. Might give this one the scotchbrite treatment on the Ti, as I like the look and know that the Ti is going to show EDC scratches from keys and pocket change.

Is any folder "worth" $200+? Probably not, but that does not stop me from buying them. I think this one is going to be a big hit.

30%? Nice.
Maybe after income tax I'll get another one, having the dealer check for early lock-up. Mine has a fairly late lock-up, although I know It will last.

I am so jealous of you guys that have already got yours. I have had mine on pre-order at CS since 6/27. When did you guys order?

I just received my Ti Military. I thought I'd toss up some comparison photos showing the Ti and my EDC Orange Military.
