Titanium walking stick

Just an update. After checking the hardware store, everything I'd need to execute my custom made cane idea would amount to about $25 if I go with 3/4" fittings. What I don't know is if it's actually worth it or not.
I don't know how you would decide worth it. To me it's about the fun of the making and having something unique that I made myself.

Hell yeah it's worth it. And, I want to see pics, dammit, when you are done.

Well pictures require success. And the pipe bender I have can't make sharp U-bends. The sharpest bend it can make is 14 inches, and I don't know how to get it any smaller than that.

I got it from an outfit called Solid Aluminum Canes. They no longer make the Ti canes, but the Aluminum models are lighter.
Many thanks for posting this product and source. This is precisely what I need. They’re not cheap, but from the perspective of my situation and needs, the price is an absolutely stellar bargain. I wish I’d stumbled into this when they still made them out of Ti, but I’m always late to the damn party and I’ll be happy to have al Al one.
