I searched for another thread and was surprised that their wasn't one. I just got an Old Man Jack yesterday in Jigged bone with a Lambsfoot Blade. I'm really impressed with the quality of this knife, great F&F W&T. Great to see another American company making high quality slipjoints.

Your example looks great!

How’s the thickness on those jigged bone models? I’ve seen some of their stag knives that appear to be quite thick.

I also find it interesting that they make so many of their knives (under this brand and some of the other Daniels Family brands) on that same rounded teardrop pattern.

That and some other aesthetic preferences, as well as price, have kept me from picking up one of their knives up to this point, but they have done a few things recently that caught my eye. If they did a shadow pattern like this but with a Lambsfoot blade, I might have to pick one up.

I have found the recent Titusville Cutlery offerings to be uniformly excellent in terms of quality. Great F&F and W&T. Blades nice and sharp right out of the tube. And, they’re great lookers, as well. A very pleasant surprise, I must say.

And, one from Tuna Valley Cutlery — another Daniels Family brand…

On mine, the jigged bone covers are trim and polite - as are the elk antler covers. The stag is just as I like it - so thicc that it's in danger of getting pulled over. woop-woop.

I'll post this here as it is another example of a Titusville Cutlery knife. I had a SFO done through them of 25 knives to honor my families maple syrup producing history. I gave away 13 of them to family and close friends who I knew would use them. The remaining 12 I offered for sale. I had red birdseye maple used for the handles, and a sheepfoot blade. And I was able to make a lot of requests that were not standard (long pull, brass pins, serialized, special tang stamp, and my wife did the custom artwork).

Apologies - that sunfish is a Titusville Cutlery apparently. All this time I thought it was a Tuna Valley.

There are a couple of Tuna Valley threads already, it would be good to keep this one for Titusville Cutco 👍
