I recently purchased a knife from TK it was my dream knife. I'm a John Deere freak and he had the coolest knife I've seen in a long time. I kept going back to the page over and over until my wife said (Is that a knife you'd like to pass on to your child). Keep in mind we had just found out we were pregnant. I agreed and we purchased the knife.

When it got here it looked like the liners had been cracked and split. I was crushed (no pun intended). I had spent a signifigant chunk of money on a knife that appeared to be beat and the sheath was beat up too. I sent TK a pretty emotional note and he responded immediately. Asking me to send it back and returning my shipping money so I could send it back. I work a lot of hours so it took me a week to get it in the mail. In the meantime TK ordered all new slabs and liners for it.
It eventually arrived and TK emailed me to inform me that the black stuff on the liners was polishing compound. He cleaned it up and gave me the choice of a full refund or making a new sheath and sending it back. I chose the second. I asked how I could help compensate TK (since he ordered all new handle material). He told me not to worry about it and sent it back very carefully wrapped.
The second sheath was even nicer than the first. In fact the first sheath was lightly damaged in the mail but TK went above and beyond anything he had to do to help out a customer and make this transaction the best one I've had on Blade Forums. I will definitely buy more knives from TK if he gives me the oppurtunity.
Thanks TK you are a class act. , - Jason
