Hey BF,

I'm wondering what is your favorite knife to fidget with? While at your desk, watching TV etc... Not, including auto's because I cannot buy buy them in my location

Lately it's been my Kizer Guru. It's a chunky little flipper that flies open with a solid clunk and I enjoy flipping it to make the noise over and over again as a way to keep my fingers busy.

This annoys my wife very much.

My ZT 0562CF is a pretty top notch favorite. Right now though my new Giantmouse GM2 is getting all the casual flipping time.

They should make a knife with a gameboy in the scale already.

On the real though my favs to fidgit are my Manix LW and P'kal. That's because while the knife is open I push on the spine of the blade with my index finger. While pushing on the spine I pull the Ball Bearing lock back with my middle finger and thumb. This makes the blade fly closed. It works on most axis lock knives too. I just like the way the blade rockets closed.

Come to think of it, I will try it on a button lock.

Another vote for AXIS lock Benchmades. Which model varies, but I keep one of these at my desk for the express purpose of flicking and fidgeting. I often pace while doing it as well, when I'm coming up with an idea or trying to solve a problem.

That is a fun one, but I can flip my zt0452cf a bit harder so it is my current go-to flipping time killer.

I have a 2$ key chain balisong that I like to fidget with, but it's really just a toy as it has no edge.

For real knives I love to just open, close, and generally marvel at my buck 110.

I've been really wearing out my new GM2, very satisfying knife to play with. Nice *clunk* for a liner lock! But I'm faithless. I'll be off with another knife once it catches my eye.

Some knife maker needs to incorporate a pedometer into the knife design so I can chart how many miles my fingers walk while fondling :p.
