FROZEN MAPLE ????

What ever it is this stuff is by far the most challenging wood I have ever tried chopping through..

Listen to the sound the blade makes when I whack the spine on the log a few times.. Yea...


 
Awesome stuff as usual Uncle Jarvis! :thumbup:I was surprised how easily it sliced the bottles after all the beating. You didn't touch up the edge did you?

No .. I did not touch it up at all .. On this particular blade I plan on leaving the edge as factory as possible...

the blade is still hair shaving / phone book splitting sharp after beating on frozen logs for a good while...

I'm not surprised though.. we are dealing with infi . .. :)
