Jake - Sorry I'm back late for the thread. I do not have a picture of the Dremel bit. They are long cylindrical grinding bits and they have a small cup in the end of them. The side or cup can be used for grinding. You can get them at most hardwre stores, Home Depot, Lowes, etc..

Found a picture. The Dremel bits look like this. Most all of them are scooped out on the tip - cupped so-to-speak. They come in various sizes and are made up of various materials. This one happens to be made of aluminum oxide. Like I said above, you can find them in most stores. They also have similar vary narrow bits made for chainsaw sharpening but I don't know if they are dished out on the end or not. It's best to pick them out in person as you can get the exact size you're looking for and can make sure it is dished out on the tip.
