I also paid the same guy $1 for a PROTO 4749 ( on my 1/4" collection list ) ratchet that he probably never looked close enough at when pricing.one dollar?
very good.
Nah, maybe if I decided I no longer needed enemies. This seller sounds like a best friend already.
I decided to go for the least expensive option I liked which included the toothpick and tweezers because I didn't want to be in it for too near the cost of a new one, I went with the translucent emerald green. Bought from an Ebay vendor for $16.I like the look of those walnut scales they have.
If you think $1 is cheap, just imagine what he paid that could afford profit in just $1$1.⁰⁰?!? You stole it with the previous owner's permission and blessing.![]()
I use the one on the swisschamp for setting ropes with a throw line, and it was handy pulling the cord tied to the 64 feet of hydraulic line that we replaced in the bucket truck last summer. The package hook woulda been useful 100 years ago, what use do they have now?
Parcel hook? Was that used for like carrying a big stack of mail or package that was wrapped around with twine or something, instead of the twine cutting into your fingers? It washed up pretty well.

Now I've just gotta order some scales and decide what to do with it.
I couldn't pass it up for $1, but I prefer 84mm or smaller and 2 layers.
I've never had this size of Vic scissors and the parcel hook seems potentially useful so I could keep it, but it could also make a great gift.
Yes. I seem to recall reading somewhere that it's still SOP in Switzerland to bundle your newspapers and whatnot for recycling as well.Parcel hook? Interesting. That's a pretty cool little tool then!Yes. I seem to recall reading somewhere that it's still SOP in Switzerland to bundle your newspapers and whatnot for recycling as well.
A little bit of out the box thinking can make them really shine.Interesting. That's a pretty cool little tool then!
