Todd Begg knives for the first time doing inlayed carbon fiber. We hope you likey

Looks very nice. Plunge grind angles (non sharpened area at the base of the blade) and non captured bearings keep me away.

Yeah the non captured bearings are pesky little buggers. How would you like to see the plunge grind angles. We always like to hear peoples opinions. The main reason you don't see that little area sharpened at the back of the blade is due to the fact when you do a sweeping plunge on a hollow grind it is what is left behind because of where we start our plunge. If we started much earlier this could be resolved but then you would be under the scale. Now if you look at the mini Bodega you do not see this because its a flat grind which allows you to get that area. Thank you for your comments.

The knives are absolutely gorgeous don't get me wrong. Personally if I'm paying that much for a knife I want the edge to go all the way down. The mini doesn't have that issue which is nice. There are a few designs that get the plunge/choil/sharpening notch wrong and it's just a pet peave. Not to be harsh, but most other makers get it right. I sharpen my knives myself and that base angle would give me fits. I'd probably develop a twitch. ;)

Look absolutey amazing!
The CF/wood combo looks super classy, brings a big smile to my face :D

For me these designs are on the money. Im not into art knives but enjoy a good looking knife. Again for me, a folding knife need to look like it can be used and tAke some hard use too. The inlays are done very well. Really like the lock side. It adds some class without overtaking the whole design. The saber grInd with top swedge is really appealing. 👍👍

Very nice. Something I think would work great would be to inlay carbon fiber with silver twill g10 which essentially looks like silver carbon. Similar materials may make finishing easier whilst retaining a high level of contrast.
Here is that silver twill inlay you were requesting and i totally agree with you on this combo. If you look at this grind here....(which is a new grind for us) and look at the grind above which is our high hollow you can see they are slightly different. The new version has a longer pointy flat section. We would love to hear peoples opinions which of these two grinds do they prefer because they are so close we will end up only going with one of the two. Thank you for your comments.

I love the Mini Bodega and would love to have the "real deal." I just don't know that I could bring myself to spend that much money on a knife. If I ever do, it'll be on a Bodega. These are all beautiful. Very nice work.
