Please, the next time you see me at a show TELL ME WHAT YOU NOTICE. That's one of the real benefits for a maker - getting feedback from customers and others interested in his knives. I welcome all comments.

I'm glad you did notice that the locks did come back into position, rather than jamming. There are several things I can do to adjust a folder to your personal tastes, but you have to let me know.

Thank you.

Thank you for your vote of confidence.

Too many people get too wrapped up in promoting themselves that they lose sight of what's really important. Keeping customers happy and continuously improving their craft.

My phone number is listed in the "Knives" annuals. It's best if you call after 6:00 PM EST.

I also have a website at"www.andersoncustomknives.com"

Please contact me directly if you're having problems with one of my knives. Many times, the lock will slip on a new knife if there is dirt or excessive grease in the lock area. Use a cotton swab and alcohol to remove any grease. A toothpick works fine on lint. If this does not solve the problem, contact me directly. I do stand behind my knives.

I try to build folders with substantial frames and smooth actions.

Thanks for your interest.

Tom, thanks for all your responses! Don't fret to much about the 'negative' posts in this thread. Let your knives speak for you. Standing behind your work and trying to satisfy your customers is all that can be expected of you here. You could have accomplished that with a single post. Good luck to you and welcome to knife discussion on the internet. It is a challenging medium for communication sometimes

Hi Tom! I'm gald you had a chance to respond to this thread (What's up with the multiple posts?). Next time I'll feel free to ask questions. From my experience some makers are more interested in hearing themselves talk then they are in what their potential customers have to say, I'm glad you have invited feedback. I will make sure I introduce myself next time I see you at a show.

Sorry about the "clutter" of my multiple postings. I'm really new at this (just logged on today).
