Just did my taxes. A whopping $85 coming my way. I can almost take my family to the movies with that kind of dough.
 
Taxes... My entire raise this year was eaten up by the nice little increase.:mad:
 
Had to pay in $24 last year, which is the way I like it... everyone acts like a tax refund is a good thing, actually its just the feds paying you back the interest free loan you made them. Now if they rewrote the tax code, and actually passed a budget (let alone balanced it) so that they ended up actually having to "refund" tax payers some money, then that would really be something.

Don't you just hate it when you disappear for like 6 months and when you come back you realize your Gold membership expired?! There went my beer money for tonight! ;)

Looking for a good magnetic knife strip for my kitchen wall. Any suggestions? I've poked around the web a bit but nothing has ended up in my cart yet.
 
Hey Mikey, welcome back! Not alot going on here, just a bunch of laying around being useless on my end. Trying to motivate myself to start a project, which is hard cause I don't have a specific one in mind.
 
Damn my wife can cook. Just made me some spaghetti that should be against the law. Man that stuff is good. She makes the best sauce. Just the right amount too, so there's a little leftover to be sopped up with some garlic bread. And as a bonus, she made me a nice chocolate cake from scratch. Good wife...
 
Ever have a knife that when you lay paws on it gives you that warm glowy feeling of sheer invincible badassery? That's the Warrior Machax for you. I do believe I will sleep with it under my pillow for the next few years at least. Yes Precious, We shall feast on the blood of deer and filthy little rabbitses.

ah, ammo. i got 780 rounds of lovely lovely lovely czech stuff for the moist nagant today. $180 or so. previously was $150, but it ran out. was glad to get it.

Usually just one here and there when something pops up. A lot of them popping up lately for some reason, Tax time maybe I dunno. Fine with me though, plenty of room in the safe yet to stuff things. Blackjack Brute, couple more Reinhardts, yes please.
Can I haz that 8 yet??? :D

oddly, i'm pretty good with my collections so far. very few new things i want. what's with that?

Go to the river store and search on 'magnetic knife holder' or 'magnetic knife strip'. You'll find several at various lengths and prices.
 
If there is a harbor freight around you, go get one from there. I got mine for like $3. Works perfect for me.
 
I'm about GIMPed out. Worked on a project for much of the day today.
