Dystopian,,,, at least here you know the stakes. We can act how we want when were here! Instead of having to act happy and be real excited about everyones scroffa mods!
The forum is dysfunctional but hidden! We are just plain dysfunctional!

Well some kind of virus got my desktop Dell:grumpy:

I'm strongly considering an Apple as a replacement.... but god they are a lot of money. But then I think that it my be worth the $900 difference to never deal with Windows ever again.:D :D :D

Every now and then I think precisely the same thing.

My Dell is armored with software you wouldn't believe. Something still gets through every once in awhile. I'm getting VERY irritated about this.

When I need the computer ... well, I NEED the darn thing!

My middle daughter sits in her basement kingdom, laughing at us both as she merrily cruises along on her super-expensive Apple desktop system. :mad:
 
By the way, it seems The Balvenie also took some of their 17 year single malt and experimented with Rum casks.

Googling around, I see it's more expensive than their Sherry experiment. Seems like it's around $120, if you can find a bottle.

Might be too sweet. Might not. :) I'll bet the 'nose' or aroma is great. :thumbup:
 
Yes I have good armor on this one too.

What got me this time is that even though I have the operating system isolated on its own drive and I own a full copy of XP so I can just reinstall twice a year as needed now the XP CD gives me a message about a file being bad so it will not install.

One offset of Apple's expense is that they do last a long time and don't suffer the cip slow down over time sice the heat is so much lower.

When you take pictures and its in background you will look way more rich = more skanks.
But you don't have to worry about that your practically married!
