"However powerful our voices, there are still those that would quiet us down. there is no reasoning with them. they are too blinded by their own submission to the universe to understand. they will say we will grow out of it. they will say that someday we will understand. we say bullshit. they say, and rightly so, that they (and not we) control the reins of power in the world today, and that they will make us conform. we say we doubt it. someone will wind up right and someone will wind up wrong. in the end, the universe will decide. so be it."

Thats a purdy bike Tony...... too many cogs and chainrings for me though:D

what weighs more...the bike or the Mistress???;)

Wheres the engine? Wheres the old lady sit? What kind of contraption is that thing?

Cartophilis----------My wifes a paratrooper, dont fuck with me....

When I ride it now I too wonder where the engine went. I use to do intervals ranging from 4 to 12 min at 300 to 360 watts. Now I don't think I could put out 240 watts for 4 min. OH and I'm 22 lbs heavier!!!!

That isn't a light bike but it rides like a dream. Real smooth and stable.

My race bikes (the second time around racing) were mostly alum or carbon, there was one Merlin Ti that lasted about a year. It was too soft. Ti is much better now.

This is my short evening ride. The second graph is altitude. I NEVER see a fixed gear out there :p

thats a lot of climbing Tony. Here is what Phoenix looks like:

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

LOL.... flat for days!

going down is worse than climbing on a fixed. You reach a point where you cant climb anymore. But....descending..you get to a point where you cant stop....NO Brakes..scary sh!t

you should get one for training Tony, many racers use them to smooth their cadence:thumbup:
