I think you're spot on man.

There are just quite a few "spenders" there that don't know or have any real appreciable understanding or respect for Busse. Quite a few that seem to be buying Busse because it's "trendy" - very similar to the NASCAR happenings from a few years ago.

I can see where the environment has created itself.

I didn't spend $1000 for a knife untill I had been around for two years. But then I'm a slow learner :o :thumbdn:

Yeah drink your scotch get drunk on cask, then make indecent proposals to you and your girlfriend hanging a mean street over your head!! That really doesn't sound like anyone I know! Lol shithead

I just made reservations at Blade on that floor you need a special card to get to.

I can't have Horton's girlfriend knocking on my room door before her time slot.

But that is where the deals come from. People buy what they think they are going to like, or want, and then get rid of it when the new wears off, or it's not what they expected. Yea there are probably some who fit the category you describe, but I haven't seen a seller yet that has asked any potential buyer "do you know what you are buying?" prior to a sale.

As a noob here, I have bought several blades, and maybe paid more than I should have for a couple, but I have no regrets. I love the knives, try to do my homework, ask questions and appreciate all the help everyone here gives.

I can see where some of the long time Busse fans might get annoyed with this, but I think everyone here is grateful for any and all assistance from the old HOGS - I know I am.

I also know quality. Maybe I don't yet know how many BBSHSH's were made, and I just learned the other day how one can tell Infi from A2. Hopefully I will learn alot more in the future thanks to this forum and the great people here.

Now wheres that 1/300:D

I think a nice 1-300 could be going for like $1,800 now.

You must have ticked him off

No he's not going to piss me on that subject.

I have lived in this city all my life and worked at the Opera House from age 17 to 23 to pay my way through school. I had more friends that were gay than normal.

They were great friends. They use to hook me up with all the female dancers that were grumpy because the male dancers were gay and they need to get laid. It was some of the best times of my life. Well and I was never a boob guy just into female legs an ass so I was in HEAVEN :D

Just not a big deal to me to joke about that stuff.
