well, before i move on i would like to give special thanks to wall street, banks, opec, mortgage and loan company's, blah blah blah....

you know, when i was a kid i tried to buy a house, the banks told me no because the payments were more than 25% of my income, so i bought a fucking trailer house.

when i was a kid a home equity loan was called a second mortgage and was looked down upon, not like a credit card. now people think nothing of using a second mortgage as a credit card. PREDATORY LENDING PRACTICES for folks to fucking stupid to know better.

and now... well fuck it i'm getting a drink, but remember this it took a shit pot more than one person to cause the country to shit in it's bed.
