I too have just stumbled across this thread and happy to see that you're on the mend! Looks like the band got the worst of it! No way to buff it out? The older I get, the more the saying "gettin' old ain't for sissies" strikes home! Watch the head and hips boys, everything else is usually a much easier fix!
