In order, name the three models that you feel are the most iconic or quintessential Buck knives.

Mine would be:

1) 110
2) 119
3) I'm struggling with this one. 301? 124?

Curious to hear everyone else's thoughts.

The first three to come to mind are 110, 119 and 301. Or another way i see it is 110, 100 series and 300 series.

I'm going to vote with Grateful, a 110 and then pick 1 each of your favorite 100 series and 30x series.

Iconic? I would probably say the same as most everyone else…110, 119 & 301 in that order.

The order that I like them…110, 301 & 119.

The three Buck's that mean the most to me…110, 124 & 123.

I like this question in addition to the original, Stump. Let's add it from here on out.

The three that mean the most to me?

1) 112
2) 105
3) 309

I've had them the longest and have used them the most.

I was hoping to avoid that one Tom. I'll answer two ways. After the 110, the most "iconic" 100 series would be the black phenolic 119.... Buck just OWNS that classic look. Then I would say a black sawcut 301 Stockman.

If I could own just 3, I would choose the 124 instead of the 119 to add a little more versatility to the mix.

Huh.... stumps picked a fillet knife over a pocket knife.... must be a fisherman. ;o)

I'll bet more fish have been cleaned with a 110 than a 123.....
I don't know how many rabbit, squirrel, and fish have met my old 422 bucklite.

Well,

We the user of their products would say one thing and I agree with what you all have posted above.

But, I'd say iconic in the public's eye would be.....(due to movies and the news)
110
119
120

Not being a pick but calling something iconic is saved for very few things by definition. The only Buck knife that can be considered iconic is the 110. The others are your favorites.
As far as favorites mine are 317, 124/122, and the buck tool

The three that mean the most to me are:

307, my Grandad carried one.
112, my favorite Uncle carried one.
110, as a boy and younger man, i carried one.
