Top 5 Knife Companies

Emerson
Marfione Customs/Microtech

I don't own enough knives from any other company for even an honorable mention (8 knives spread among 4 brands).

Based strictly on my ownership, and carry...in no particular order...

William Henry
Great Eastern Cutlery
Queen (I know, they died this year)
Case (the Bose collaborations)
Kind of a tie between Spyderco and Cold Steel. (If Cold Steel made more knives like the Ranch Boss I'd be all over them...)

Hard to believe that SAK (Swiss Army Knives) only got one mention, when you consider how many knives they make, how many different variations of knives they make and how consistent their quality is across all the knives they make. John

just for my favorite, not saying these are the best ever. also, i havent bought any real high dollar stuff.

User knives : Esee ( i own E-6, E-4, Candiru, Junglas, & AH-1 Arrowhead)

my favorite that i liked in my younger years : Gerber, the better made, older ones. (i own: Coffin Handle Bowie, MK II, Yari II, Applegate Fairbairn Folder, Kiowa)

I like my Buck Knives, best stainless ive ever been able to sharpen (Owned: first sheath knife, Buck 119, had it 30+ yrs, My dads 110, had a Buckmaster back in the 80's, & more i cant remember)

Ive owned a couple & liked them : Benchmade (ive owned a CSK II and would like to get a SOCP Dagger)

And last, there are some SOG knives i like.
