Hey Daniel, I wrote a tutorial on how to make pocket clips last year, if you haven't done one before I'll send you the link. I learned A LOT after screwing up the first few, and still would do some things different.

Xander post up a link if you would like. :D I have never made a clip before so a tutorial would be very helpful. I can tell I will probably have to build a bending jig to get them right, usaknifemaker has them for $175 :eek:
 
Friction folders normally don't have locks, but you never know what Daniel has in mind!!
