Well, even though we didn't get hard by Ike, we still had to check our equipment yesterday at work...I was all set to take my new M6 to the range and today the weather was great, so my son and I loaded up and took a few toys to plink with. I left my camera at home, so no action pictures:mad:, but we got back and cleaned them up:

Marlin Papoose, Taurus Model 62 (youth), M6 Scout, Glock 23 and my BHP...

This stock pouch works great with the scoped Marlin and I can hold a couple extra mags and firesteel on the outside and a couple mags and wrench on the inside...

Just had some night sights added to my Glock 23 and BHP; plus I just put some good looking thin G10 grips on my Hi Power...looks great!

I needed to do some sight adjustments on the M6 and I'll need to go back to make sure it's dialed in (just a tad low and to the left); but, the .410 was excellent with a few different No 4 and No 6 shot at 25 yards!!! This will be a great little squirrel gun. I only put a few slugs through it (forgot the rest at home:o), it was okay, but I'll need to do some more work with slugs. I have some buckshot inbound, so I didn't get to try that out...next trip.

Of course, can't leave out the blades:D Wore my Charles May Skifa-Scandi, Spyderco Para Military, Swiss Spirit and my new Emerson CQC-10...the Emerson is a real sleeper and has a great spear pointed blade. I've been carrying Emersons for over 10 years and the funky grind has grown on me, but I know it's a turn off for most.

A couple cops and relatives were shooting and noticed the Skifa-Scandi...they really liked the diamondwood handles:thumbup:

My son mowed the whole backyard for the first time and we went and did some indoor climbing for a couple hours as well...great post-Ike day here in Central Texas:thumbup: Now it's time to relax with a couple brews and some football:D

Are you playing in the sand right now? Hopefully you've only got the 12 month joyride instead of the 15 month one.

I have a similar pump 22 rifle but mine is made by Rossi but looks the same.

They're probably from the same tooling (Rossi and Taurus are both Brazilian I think???).

Anyways, it's an accurate little rifle. The pump was tight at first, but we have almost a 1000 rounds through it and it's starting to get a little more smooth. I prefer peep sights...that may be an option down the road. The break down feature is great! My son needs to tighten his shot group a little with it before he takes it squirrel hunting!

Hey now. That La Rue Tactical beverage entry tool looks familiar... That could be the most important piece of equipment you have there. :D You do know he makes a "Dillo" for the bushing on your 1911's if you have one too, right?

Eagle Industries makes some top notch stuff. I love it.

Ha! I saw that bushing wrench but never got one. La Rue makes some great stuff and their armadillo bottle openers are some great Texas gifts :D I only have a couple of their scope mounts and they carry my favorite ball cap too:thumbup:

Nice guns/knives!

I'm getting a .22 pump just like that after the new year!

I'm a P-35 high-power nut as well.
:D

What make grips/stocks are on your P-35?

Thanks for the compliments all...Hey tholiver, I was looking for some thinner BHP grips and was recommended the one's from Mil-Tac:

G10 grips
