Robert from @Fiddleback Outpost was gracious enough to use his wizard-like knot skills and equip my mango runt with a fiddleback bullseye bead - thanks again Robert and Phillip. It looks outstanding!

“Iron in the Hat” drawing directly after lunch included a knife give away drawing and many knifemaking materials. The younger ‘newbies’ scored big time at this event. Many knives on display from various makers as well.

Worked with two outstanding individuals (Justen and Eric), who shared their equip and expertise to make a sheath for my new box lunch chef knife by @kmellino. This project gave me a whole new appreciation for stitching 3 thick pieces of leather together by hand. My fingers are still sore. This took much longer than I anticipated. Thanks againSouthern Gent !

Great to meet makers, collectors, and hobbyists over the weekend. Thanks againLuca917 for saving me on Sat morn. I was like a lost child wandering around Trackrock with my empty holiday inn cup in search of coffee. Finding your campsite/coffee made my day so much better.
Rick Lowe I’ll be in contact about that pattern you drew up. And for those that don’tknow @crex - he is a class act. Thank you crex for heading up an event that is important in so many ways.

It’s the Toccoa and I can’t believe I let Tony walk away with it. I did snag a great osage Patch from Russell though.Awesome pics and looks like an awesome weekend! Man I need to try and make one of these soon, especially since I'm only a couple hours away.
If you don't mind me asking, what model Cohutta was the smaller Ironwood one (I believe it's Ironwood but not sure)?
Thanks

Thanks for the info, I'll have to keep an eye out for one of those and a patch too. They both look like great little knives. Russell definitely makes some sweet knivesIt’s the Toccoa and I can’t believe I let Tony walk away with it. I did snag a great osage Patch from Russell though.
