All issues resolved Jake is a class act and excellent to deal with. Sorry things went shitty with shipping I think the apex would have been a great jacket.

Hope the little one enjoys.

Listen, guys, this isn't complicated. j williams, you know this. Every trade doesn't go perfectly, some have to be reversed. This is one of them. You can't assume anything. Put anything you buy or trade for on hold until you get word the other party is also happy with their end.

$lug, we don't all work the same schedule. J williams is unhappy, too, that what was supposed to be a routine trade didn't work out well. He will get your end back to you as soon as he can. I would suggest he pack it up as is and be ready to ship. $lug, same for you: pack and ship, as is, as soon as you can.

Let me know, in this thread, if there are any more problems.
 
I feel like i'm in the middle of this one -- I just bought a TNF Apex from euroross, and the deal went perfectly. The jacket is like right from the factory.
 
Bit of a mess. Don't know the OP, so I'm not gonna question his story, but I'll add here that I wouldn't hesitate for a second to deal with Jake.
 
This is exactly why taking a ton of pictures of everything from all angles and in clear, bright sunlight should not be ignored. In this case, pictures would have been a great help to both sides in clearing things up in a more efficient manner. Preaching to the choir here I know, but it needed to be said.

J, I will commend you on keeping your composure throughout this whole thing. Believe me, I know how easy it is to just say to hell with it and get angry. Your offer to make things right is admirable. I hope things get resolved to everyones satisfaction, live and learn. On a personal note, I always try my best to give someone the benefit of the doubt, but you can alwys tell about by a person by the way they reply to concerns.
 
Resolved:

Jake settled things on his end. I do not believe he was ever dishonest I feel like perhaps he may have gotten the short end of the stick as I dont believe any of this is purposeful or intended. Situation resolved and I would like to commend jake for being a class act and handling this with gumption.
