Hello everyone!
I bought this guy new a year or two ago, carried it for a day, and quickly learned this wasn't a knife I wanted to use frequently and was definitely more suited for display. I learned this after putting the nasty scrape on the pocket clip on my first day
As you will see in the photo's, there is a nasty scrape on the pocket clip, but it's pretty much contained to the clip, and if you put a new one on it would like great! It appears to be a standard Protech pocket clip, nothing fancy. There are also two very faint scuffs on either side of the blade near the tip from cutting through tape and opening a package. Lastly there is a very faint mark/line near the pivot that can be seen in the photos.
Blade is centered, standard hard firing Protech spring, and has the factory edge, it literally has only cut open the one box (not cardboard, just tape.) Comes with all you see in the photos. Box, display box, paper insert and of course the knife (#42 of 100)
Here is a link to a bunch of photos on dropbox:

I like large and overbuilt folders/framelocks, but am not looking for anything in particular. I have since learned that I am not a hardcore "collector" if I don't end up using/carrying a knife I WILL get rid of it. This thing is gorgeous....I'm just not into putting nice things on the shelf I suppose!
Email me at metalhed2434@gmail.com with any offers, worst I can say is "No thanks".
I would trade right away (+ cash obviously) for a Chaves 228
Thanks!
