• Happy Thanksgiving to all of you! I hope that you all have something to be grateful for this year and for many years to come
  • America has reached 250 years, and I am grateful to be here, in the best country in the world. Thank every one of you who helps make this country a better place, those who have gone before and risked it all, and those who've paid the ultimate price to make the United States what we are today.

Happy Birthday America! Let Freedom Ring for all time!

Excellent picture and setup you have there. How do you like the pen? I have been looking at those.

The Tactile Turn Slider is my current favorite pen, I had to add a touch of loctite to the treads on the bolt so it wouldn't back out and then it was perfect. The bolt action is nice because it makes it much harder to ruin pants than click pens.

I love my Fellholter Ti-bolt. The bolt action pens are great. I may have to look into the Tactile Turn a little more.

A couple of little ones today.

Wow Gary, very nice!!! Seems anything and everything by OHTA is spectacular. May I ask what gems are used on the William Henry?

How interesting... two very different build concepts apparently achieving similar results! Can they both be called a sheepfoot? What model and blade steel is the modern John?

Here's a modern-traditional and a traditional-modern. I'll leave it up to the viewer to determine which is which. :)

Thanks, James. I've never seen an Ohta I didn't like. The stones on the WH are red Topaz. The knife is the Pikatti Ares, smallest knife WH makes.

Now that's a conundrum. ;)

It's a Brous Blades Silent Soldier in D2. The finger hole is surprisingly comfortable.

I love those Redwood Heritage knives. I just wish the single blade was 3 1/2" like the two-blade models. Gorgeous knife, redsparrow!

Thanks Shawn, I've really enjoyed carrying a blade with the looks and feel of a hundred year old knife yet without any of the concerns associated with carrying an actual antique. -James
