The Doctor is in the house!
My Spartan Harsey 3.25 Plague Doctor showed up late yesterday. So far I really like it! I'm sure it needs to loosen up, settle in, and I need to get through the learning curve with it.
Pictured with my Scarperia Zuava, that I picked up in Florence, Italy a few weeks ago. We came home with Covid. So I'm carrying my Pandemic Pair today.
I really like the knives. The Covid not so much.

Thanks, Paul. I had my eye on that Harsey before my pandemic encounter. When I realized they had a small one available I had to have it.

3.25 is the way to go in my opinion out of the two. If they would make one in between the 3.25 and regular the internet would break.

I will admit that I never thought I would delve this deep into knives when this odyssey first began about 2 years ago. Many amazing friendships and beautiful knives later.....I am humbled and can't believe I own some of the knives in my knife drawer.
