Traditional and Modern pairings

This BF GEC went from dull to hair shaving and paper cutting in a few swipes of the grey SM rods... This is REALLY sweet. Ease of sharpening unheard of and the easy shapes make it good on a mere acolyte such as myself. This is getting me into the traditionals more... I am bound to try a Buck 303 Stockman soon and I am just waiting to buy this certain "modern" slipjoint with old school inspiration.
...is this going to be a whole thing now with the trads? Maybe I will stop at one or two more optimal GEC in favoured handle material and shapes, the Buck, a few Euro knives I need, and keep my old school 1096 Imperial mini stockman, Rough Ryders, SAKs and this GEC and be satisfied....

Also the smooth G10 Yo2 in Cruwear, Spyderco Cricket for quick cuts from the 5th pocket, and above that, it is resting on an 81mm Moomin Cadet, I think the model is. I am not the biggest fan of 81s but will try a few more with optimal toolsets before ruling out as I prefer a 74mm when i want to go small and 91 when i want to have a "full" SAK.

My Pandemic Pair again today.

Clean!!!

Is that a Joker? I was wondering about the steel quality of their folders.
Sorry, no. I picked that slip joint up in Florence, Italy a few weeks ago. It’s a Scarperia Zuava, made by I COLTELLI DELL'ARTIGIANO SNC in Scarperia, a city in the Florence Metro area. The steel is stainless steel. It might be 440C, which I've seen mentioned on their website. Nothing fancy. Nice knife though!
