It's a Scarperia Zuava. I picked it up in Florence, Italy a few weeks ago. Zuava is a French pattern, from around the time of Napolean, if I recall correctly. The Italian cutlers made one also. This one was made in Scarperia, Italy, near Florence, by I COLTELLI DELL'ARTIGIANO SNC.What is that bottom knife?? I love it!
