I did not appreciate them anough when it was still easier to get a hold of them several years ago myself. Let several sweet knives slip away when I shouldn’t have!

I have a small collection of specifically the 440C stainless bladed GECs. It’s a shame they don’t make more of them, but I understand they do it to keep their traditional machining in working condition, so I can’t get mad at them for it
If you want a traditional on the larger side that is still easy to carry, the 86 pattern is great. Slim, but still able to do a whole lot of work!

...............hmm, am not a fan of BM (after what he did to the lovely Lone Wolf maker) but that Crooked River is a real stunner
