Traditional and Modern pairings

My carry for the past 7 months. The Skeletool is wearing a 154cm blade upgrade, the traditional is the Queen Copperhead in Curly Zebra.

Camel Bone. Pretty sure, it's a Michigan Jack.

Sorry TsarBomba I missed your question earlier but, HST hit the nail in the head. The Northwoods is a Black Camel Bone Michigan Jack.

For today a Buck TNT & SAK Old Cross Pioneer/Soldier variant along with my trusty Copper Maratac AAA:

- that, sir, is a fine pic!

Have never been much of a BM fan - though I have plenty, plenty Spydies - but that Crooked River looks darned fine............think I may just have to press the button on that one :)

Thanks it's a pretty cool knife, I've recently sold the small mini copperhead since getting a little bit larger Case whittler, and that whittler at a 3 1/2" frame seems just about right.

What is that Trad, Ken?

Sorry I didn't reply earlier , but I didn't see your post .

The knife was made in Sheffield and is a bit unusual in that it has a metal handle similar to the British army clasp knives .
Jack Black did some research about it and sent me a link , but I have somehow lost it .
He hadn't seen one before and so I assume they are quite rare .
I have just recently purchased a second one , but haven't received it yet .
The new on is two bladed and not in great condition , but when I saw it advertised I bought it immediately because it's only the second one I've seen .

Case medium stockman (3318, 3 5/8") and my new escape knife. Funny, it looks much tinier by itself than with the Case.

- just seen this thread for the first time.

My first thoughts when I saw 'traditional and modern pairing' was of these two below..........and I hope this is acceptable... :) as I just adore Jim's traditional take on the Lany clip and then Jared's in modern materials and in a superb lockback interpretation...

Works for me. Helluva pair.
