I got this Roquefort from an old habitant of Quebec.

He used the head-bolster to stun bears before curing them of chicken-stealing by rubbing their noses with strong cheese. He was willing to part with the knife because the double bolsters were heavy in an old man's pocket, because his bear-training days were over, and because new Canadian kindness statutes had forbidden the rubbing of cheese on bears.

Jer, this is camembert. roquefort is very different both in looks and taste. :eek::)
