Jer, this is camembert. roquefort is very different both in looks and taste.I got this Roquefort from an old habitant of Quebec.

He was willing to part with the knife because the double bolsters were heavy in an old man's pocket, because his bear-training days were over, and because new Canadian kindness statutes had forbidden the rubbing of cheese on bears.
