Now to the "Salon Coutellia". Unfortunately, I didn't have the opportunity to take photos of many tables. I had a pretty full program this year, if you want to get hold of a knife from the top "couteliers" you have to be there very early. After that, the hall fills up very quickly and it's not so easy to take good photos.

France produces a wonderful array of knives, inexpensive and costly, such a wealth of choice 😍

RickHuf RickHuf big fan of those Sabots here, the Tonneau knife is a bit crudely finished but the action is excellent, the blade really useful and feels just right in the hand :cool:

It is a very good knife! Not fine, but nice enough and the olive wood continues to darken with time. I don't use it nearly enough and should change that.
