Recent flea pick. No any play or wobble, strong pull! Was reasonably rusty, but I cleaned it up.

Is there any way to date it? I am really curious to narrow down the "1867-nowadays" frame. It is safe to assume that it is not of the 19th, nor the 21st century, but that's it. Maybe closer to the middle of the 20th century... Bolsters (and liners, I think) are steel, if that helps.
