Traditional French Fry day

- a pleasure!

Gilles was a very nice guy to deal with too - he probably speaks better English than me ;) Best of luck in your search
Gilles and his wife are no more in the business, the hand has been rcently taken by a former employee. No doubt the quality will remain the same.

- aah, I was unaware. Even their recent emails (last week) are signed from Gilles, but I guess that's to keep the marketing consistent ;)

Thank you Charlie.

Continuing my French Traditionals education, I had the good fortune to acquire a Chambriard Le Thiers Compagnon, (from Gary W. Graley Gary W. Graley ) hafted in aromatic Juniper wood and razor steel. Gary always takes something good and makes it great. Thank you Gary.
