J and K frames are begging to be carried outside the waistband. They look so much better that way to.

It is a .45 Colt caliber Pietta gun. I also have an actual Colt SAA in .45 Long Colt.
Colt SAA in .45 LC is the best gun ever. Would love to acquire one with 4 3/4" barrel, nickel plated with engraving, and ivory grips, but will probably have to settle for a replica, or maybe a Ruger Vaquero.

Trying to install a dehumidifier in my safe today, it doesn’t have a “hole” to snake the cord through and it kinks if shut in the door. I bought this pistol off my dad several years ago, he fitted the walnut grips to the frame. Chambered in 45lc the red you see in the cylinder are snap caps.
