Another day, another LP. :)
This one must be my wife's, because I certainly don't remember buying it, or even listening to it.
Anyone recommend it?

I used to sometimes post "quizzes" in this thread in which I'd show part of an album cover and challenge readers to identify the artist/LP. I'll see if I can do that again once in a while. Here's an easy one. What's this album?XXX.jpg

Is that Crosby, Stills, Nash, Young, Gifted, & Black?

(Sorry-- I seem to remember that from a Saturday Night Live skit! :p)

As the photo below shows, the last two names on the cover are Taylor and Reeves. ;)

Great record!
"Guinnevere had green eyes, like yours, milady, like yours..."
45 years later i still listen to it. Where is my youth gone by ?

Edit : Miles Davis gave two great renditions of the tune (Guinnevere) on two records : "Circle in the round" and "The bitches brew sessions".

Dan.
Days when motorcycles were dangerous and sex with no risk. :)
Personally I listened once Bitches Brew, since it stands on a shelf, next to Don Cherry's last opuses... ;)
