Great idea for a thread Brett.

I was thinking in the weekend to make a Traditional German Knife thread- then saw this. Well done and boy are there some beauties in here.
Must get some photos in here when I get home 👍

Appreciate that buddy. The post have my mind flooded with questions and have certainly created enough homework for me in researching them all. There are several that are really hard to find and I am genuinely impressed by the diversity and volume out there. Yet, I bet we have only scratched the surface.

Lots of beautiful contributions

Here's another couple of Sheffield knives, from Albert Oates and George Wostenholm respectively.

1970's Victorinox Craftsman

Hartkopf

Joker

Mini Douk Douk

Opinel (Thanks Lemmy :) )

Rough Rider

Solar (Japan)

Italian-made CK Budding/Grafting Knife

German Boker (thanks Paul :) )

Ibberson

A Resolza from Sardinia

Couple of Rough Riders

Japanese Solar from the 60's.

Toledo Lever Lock

French-made Vendetta

Uncommon straight-edged Victorinox Baker's Knife

I'm not sure if this is allowed or if it is the right thread, but during the La Monnerie show last week end, a sob stole this knife ( shame, shame, shame!) and he could attempt to sell it this side of the pond as it is quite impossible to sell in France.
This one of a kind knife has been made by Adrien Giovaninetti and has a Damas blade and mammoth handles. (sorrry for the crappy pix)

That's a great looking whittler Will! Is that appaloosa bone?

Mark

Thank you Mark! Yes it's that bone and I'm very enamoured with this pattern from Böker. Well made and a good compact 3 blade knife.

Regards, Will

I would love to see more photos of that Aubrey.

Will try and get some, but having probs with my new Mac (how to work it!) and Photobucket.
It's 11cm Shadow Ebony with white spacers. Big but good.

Higonokami and a little folder that belonged to my grandpa (unfortunately one of the internal springs is broken, so half of the blades just fall out loosely).

That's crazy I just had the spring break on a knife nearly identical to your grandfathers.
