Traditional mug shots

Myself, enjoying a book and a pipe in better weather. A fond memory right now in the depths of winter!

I don't have too many pictures of myself, but here is that latest. This was taken after my sons Christmas program at school this year. He was pretty excited that he got to be a "snirt", otherwise known as one of the "dirty" snowflakes.

Cool thread idea, it's nice to put a face to the names on here....here's me cutting up a brisket last August.

Very cool thread. Getting to see faces behind all the awesome knives has been a treat. Here's me by my Dad's old bass boat. He passed away this past fall. Sure do miss him. He passed on his love of knives and fishing to me.

Here's a pic of the love of my life and me.

-Keith

Edited to add: A pic of my brother, uncle (92 years old), and myself at the cemetery last Memorial Day. Our father passed away a little over 13 years ago, and his brother - our uncle - is our only surviving connection to the older generation on that side of our family. They came from a family of four children - three boys and one girl. All four served in the military during WWII, my father and this uncle each receiving the Purple Heart. The phrase, "The Greatest Generation" is no exaggeration!

Good one, Keith! Here I am this past December, holding grandchild number 6, Shiloh, at about 12 hours old.

Lookin' good, Jeff! Congrats on grandchild number 6!

I have 6 myself, oldest is 22 and youngest is 11. Never could figure out those numbers though, 'cause I think I'm only about 32 myself. ;)

Never mind ….. Upon careful calculation it appears I'm a little over twice as old as I thought! :D

Reprise from my post in 2012: "A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away!" (Central America in the 1980's)

And in kinder, gentler times, this past Fall, with my Grandson, Hayden (that's a 12" Gavilan machete he's carrying):

Regards,
Ron

Thanks for the kind compliment, Paul. :)

Max is really a rather big boy. He´s almost very tall. You need to know, I´m a dwarf with about a 1,73 metres. He is definitelly getting towards my wife´s side. Some of the guys there had cracked the 2 metres line, almost pre WWII.

He's a chip off the old block, Andi! Nice photo!
