Hey, great picture Stephen :)

Great picture Stephen. Every time I see your picture, it reminds me of my cousin Joe. You favor one another.

You probably remember that story of my youth. ;)

Your daughter looks like she might be a "Daddy's Girl" !! Better buy the shotgun to keep the boys away NOW !:D:D:D

My Wife Nanc is a "Workoutaholic" and my inspiration for getting back into shape:thumbup:

Ironically 20 plus years ago it was me that inspired her to workout---funny how things change;)

Anyway, there are some silly motivational motto's I live by "Go BIG or go home" another is "Cheat now, Cheat in Life" these silly motto's help to push me---hey whatever works is the way I look at it:thumbup::cool:

My Mom always said us boys are "blessed with big pores":D I actually use how much I sweat as to whether or not I got my monies worth at the gym:thumbup:

So a true "Selfie" I started at 255lbs in the end of October 2014---today's weight was 238lbs---my goal is the hit 220lbs by April 15th or at least by the end of April.

So, here's how I judge whether or not I earned some rest:thumbup:

Fantastic photo of you and your boy Liam :)

Paul, you never seem to stop working hard my friend

Stephen - Nice photo of you and your daughter. Times like these make some mighty fond memories

Liam - This is a fantastic photo of you and your boy. Looks like a fun time was had by all on that carriage ride :)

Paul - You are an inspiration for all of us BIG Guys, keep up the good work :D

Liam & Son: splendid photo; you gentlemen are certainly stylin'!:cool::thumbup:

Paul: sweatin' with the oldies! ;);) Congrats on dropping some pounds. Inspirational post, too; after being a faithful "gym rat" for over 3 years, I haven't "hit the weights" since Oct. 31, and your success reminds me that I've gotta get back to the fitness center again!

Just sorting through some photographs on my computer, and came across this one of me and my grandaughter! :D

Here she is with her mother and aunties (my daughters on the left, my niece on the right) :)

Beautiful family Jack!

Brother Jim, great looking pooch you have there!

Thank you sir
The pup is Rowdy. He kept escaping from his backyard breeder so often and coming to my house, the guy finally just gave Rowdy to me. Rowdy insisted I give him a home and would not be denied. We had 5 good years together and sadly, I lost Rowdy to grade 3 mast cell cancer just about a year after that photo was taken.

I adopted Sugar from a rescuer with the local shelter when Sugar was a pup almost 9 years ago. She keeps me and the boys straight.

After the devastating loss of Rowdy, I had to get another bulldog. Mason is a pedigreed purebred and registered American Pit Bull Terrier. Colby Bloodline, Newburyport Massachusetts. Mason is like owning a piece of history. He is pure Colby with no outs or crosses on both sides all the way back to the dogs that came off the Irish and English immigrant ships in Boston in the 1800's when John P. Colby first started breeding dogs that would become APBT, first recognized as a breed by the UKC in 1898 and then the ADBA in 1909.

Mason and I when Mason was 6 months old and at his first registry sanctioned event. There were 4 conformation events that weekend and Mason brought home 2 Firsts and 2 Thirds in his age group.

Mason will soon be 4. I don't show him any more. I have no plans to breed him either. This is a more recent picture of Mason.
