We just got back from Anthony's Key off of Roatan Honduras. I told the photographer that was shadowing our group that if he was going to photograph me, to let me know so I could pull the mask and regulator. I had wanted such a photo for several years, he done good. That shot was 50-60 feet below the waves

Was at a Sort and Rope ranch roping this past Sunday. Its a four part series. Every other weekend we travel out into the Mojave desert to Ridgecrest, about an hour and a half to compete. Winner of the series will be based on points earned from all four ropings. Just finished a knife yesterday that will be one of the prizes. Our good friend Janine has breast cancer and is scheduled for surgery in about a week. Word got out and many of the competitors wore pink to honor her. That's Janine on the little black horse in the front row.

Interestingly while we were squeezing together for that shot I was also thinking of @deltaboy and his wife and how she was doing.

Me and Tyler heading in. There are two 60 Ft diameter roundpens connected by a 12 Ft gate, so basically a figure eight pen to work in. All the cattle are on one side and they are wearing numbers. Go in, they tell ya your number, ya sort it into the other pen and rope it. Get the wrong number over and you're disqualified, let your number back and your disqualified.

Got em sorted and I got the head rope on. Tyler coming to pick up the heels.

Another run. Not on my watch, not today, you are not going back through this gate. He didn't.

Janine has one headed. Instead of doing the final event on Sunday the 25th which is a couple of days after her surgery. They rescheduled the whole event to Presidents Day so she could ride.

Even the sky wore pink.

This is all of us. My whole clan plus the second boys girlfriend. The two oldest are pretty much on their own now. But Sunday’s when they come eat, I use the whole kitchen and ain’t got much left for lunches. Lol. This was on the babies 1 yr birthday. His first zoo trip. The big boys just adore him. 21, 18, 11, 6 and 1 yr. and I wouldn’t trade a single one of them
