Traditional mug shots

Al and I went to the Lions club about a week ago to talk about knives.
They seemed to enjoy it, Thanks Edwin for having us and feeding us a free lunch -

Some photos my daughter took while we were on vacation in August.
A pic of me taking a pic for the Beverages and Blades thread (love these iterative/recursive situations ):

A pic of me showing off a puzzle that was left by previous tenants of the cottage we rented (one puzzle piece turned out to be missing - or maybe it was intentionally left out to increase the chances the puzzle would live up to its name ;)):

I basically did the previous puzzle by myself, but here's one we did together:

I've posted in this thread a couple of times but since Photobucket erased my photos I'll add another one.

This was taken at Andy's house @mqqn in late 2011. Andy handled the shipping for the 2011 forum knives and he lives close enough that I drove up to his house to pick mine up in person. That's me with my new forum knife.

5K Qs 5K Qs you've changed since that profile picture was taken... :p
Yeah, I lost the mustache somewhere along the way, and put on about 60 years. ;)

Speaking of changes, when I came home from work today, my daughter showed me a photo ID card I had in grad school in 1983 (more than half a lifetime ago for me ). She found it incredibly amusing and suggested I show it to my knife buddies, so here it is. I suppose it's somewhat similar to the photo in my avatar, and it certainly fits the "mug shot" criterion in the thread title.:confused::rolleyes:

Nice mustache! I think my dad had glasses similar to those, except his had black electrical tape on the nose bridge to hold them together :D

Me and the wife showing off our matching shirts. The closest I’ll ever get to matching clothing with her and only because I love Star Wars and am slowly drawing her in to it. This was at Port Orleans.

The whole family (minus the two oldest boys, at 21 and 17, they have no interest in Disney with the young ones) seeing Santa at Hollywood Park.

Hi y'all. This is me puffin' on a handmade in Montreal a couple of years ago, I don't smoke anymore. I had just parked the car and am heading to The Green Spot for 4 or 5 or 6 steamies for lunch. Steamies are steamed hot dogs, so softimage.jpeg image.jpeg you could almost tie one into a knot. They're served with shredded cabbage and onion, yumyumyum!
Michael. P.S. Notice the bandaid!;)
