The knife may say 2019, but the clocks in my time zone do not.
If that is still acceptable, Laguiole and hog jowl (or tradional New Year’s Day meal of your area).

Probably like most automobile manufacturers; most 2019 cars that you see in the next 6 months were built in the last 6 months!

Reminds me of my furst street bike. Years ago I bought a brand new Honda motorcycle. Dealer didn't have one in stock, they ordered it for me, a 2001 model year bike. I bought it in Early summer 2000; That 2001 model year bike was built before April of 2000!
 
Is that the knife sitting on top of the steak below the Laguiole box? I'll need a closer look at that thing!

yes...mayor costumes and made up chains of office are acceptable due to legal restrictions regarding posting public officials on the internet.you will require yourself and "the mayor"in the pic.
report on that steak: the knife would have been easier to chew.

Acoording to NOC's registers, my commando was built feb or march '75. It was discounted in 1976, 12 only sold in France that year!
